Cancellation by the customer

 

If the customer cancels the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the rental or tour, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days only in the following cases:

Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, pandemics).
Illness, accident, or injury with a valid medical record.
Transportation cancellation by the provider, with proof of cancellation.
For any other cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental or tour price will apply. The eventual remaining balance will be refunded within 7 working days.

 

Cancellation by Fortuna Dubrovnik d.o.o.

 

Fortuna Dubrovnik d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions before the rental or tour begins. In this case, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

If adverse weather conditions occur during the rental or tour, a partial refund may be issued within 7 working days. The amount of the partial refund will be determined solely by the owners and employees of Fortuna Dubrovnik d.o.o.

Fortuna Dubrovnik d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time without disclosing a reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
